We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final at the time of checkout.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM — EXCEPTIONS ONLY
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email viabrosca@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued strictly at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit.
